Paint Spraying

SMEA's Paint Spray Shop has Environmental-Controlled Paint Booth, Water Curtain Booths, Drying/Curing Ovens and a zinc phosphating line. Spraying is done under strict observance of ambient temperature and humidity. Paint thicknesses are being measured and plotted on SPC charts, and paint adhesion and hardness closely monitored.
